We are now recruiting for the following position: Computer Systems Technician IV To provide IT support for KAMO and member Cooperative employees, successful candidate shall have working knowledge on deploying and administering Windows workstations, Windows and Linux servers, e-mail systems, datacenter virtualization and backup systems, Windows domains, endpoint security systems, VoIP phone systems, databases and applications. Good interpersonal skills are required to interact with all KAMO employees, member system employees, and other utilities. The ability to document existing and proposed computer systems through written expla-nations and logic diagrams, flow charts and other visual aids is required. The ability to make presentations in a clear and concise manner to KAMO management, member systems, and others is desired. Candidate shall possess a minimum of (5) years experience in at least four of the above listed disciplines. Associates degree in an IT related field required; Bachelors degree in an IT related field preferred. Equivalent industry experience may potentially be considered toward substitution of degree requirement. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Telecom Transport Systems Engineer-Network Operations Center Design and maintain a regional Next Generation SONET, DWDM and MPLS Ethernet transport system as well as maintain Enterprise routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor the system and all customer services from the Network Operation Center, analyze events, and resolve all issues in a timely manner. Create procedures, design modified service routes, send customer notices and supervise remote system modifications. Test and configure access equipment, DS1, DS3, optical or Ethernet services prior to customer release. Coordinate performance tests by field engineers and technicians. Initiate and track service requests. This position will work a weekday rotation schedule of 10-hour day and evening shifts. Experience in designing, managing, and provisioning telecommunications networks is required. Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Manage-ment or related field is required (EE, IS, or MIS with a minor in Telecommunications). Directly related experience may potentially be considered in lieu of educational requirements. This job posting will close at 4:30pm on February 23, 2018. Engineering Technician III Candidate should have working knowledge of substation protective relaying and metering design, AutoCAD, Schweitzer Engineering relays, substation equipment, schematics, wiring diagrams, relay event analysis, electric system protection theory, protection equipment testing methods, effective in solving relaying and metering design problems. Candidate should be able to communicate orally and in writing and must be a team player. Associates of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Electronics Technology. 5-7 years of relay and metering experience required. Should have completed or have the ability to complete the TVPPA Metering & Relaying courses. This position will be filled at the appropriate pay grade levels according to the experience and qualifications of the selected applicants. This job posting will close at 4:30pm on February 21, 2018.
