ADT LLC has an opening in Irving, TX for an Oracle DB Administrator.

Help manage & maintain Oracle EBS R12.x.x apps. & DB, & other non-ERP Oracle DBs. Provide tech. & oper’l DBA support for day-to-day ops. on ERP Oracle DB, ERP apps., & non-ERP Oracle DBs for data warehouse & other apps. Partner w/tech. & bus. groups to ensure DB performance standards adhere to enterprise srvc. level agreements. Provide daily syst. monitoring to ensure 24-7 availability of DBs & apps. Provide day-to-day support of multiple production & non-production environments (ERP & non-ERP). Troubleshoot issues & DB & ERP-Apps side performance tuning. Perform Oracle ERP DB & app. cloning, installation, configuration, patching, upgrades on AIX & Linux. Support 3rd party apps. (Kofax Markview, Noetix, Cipher, Kewill) & Value Chain Planning environ. (VCP) (e.g., Demantra, OBIEE & ASCP). Support & implement high availability & disaster recovery forDBs using Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, OEM 11g/12c, & Golden Gate. Work on projects in close coordin’n w/architects, PMs, & dvlpmnt teams.

At least a bachelor's or equiv. in CS, IT or rel., & at least 6 yrs of prior progr. wrk exp. supporting Oracle in a large corp. environ.. In the alt., at least a master's or equiv. in CS, IT or rel. & at least 4 yrs of prior wrk exp. supporting Oracle in a large corp. environ. would be acceptable. Must also possess: at least 4 yrs of wrk exp. w/: DB Administration of large DBs, Oracle E-bus. Suite R12 app. & tech. stack in a multi-tier environ.; Oracle ASM & RAC, Oracle Active Data Guard, RMAN backup/recovery, Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c;Shell & SQL, PL/SQL scripting skills; performance tuning, capacity planning, & DB space mngmnt; AIX, Linux (RHEL, OEL); at least 2 yrs of work exp. w/: Patching, upgrades, cloning, AD utilities, SSL, SSO, Load Balancing, Oracle Weblogic server, OBIEE, Demantra, Oracle Fusion Middleware, OAM/IDM; Supporting DBs on Exadata; and demonstrable exp. troubleshooting Oracle Internal errors and tuning performance of DB utilities.
