Entry Level Information Services Support Technician

Brooke Grove Foundation is seeking a motivated candidate for an Entry Level Information Services Support Technician for our Williamsport Retirement Village (WRV) campus.

This is a full time hourly position with typical work days of Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm but does require some evening and weekend hours. The Information Services Support Technician is responsible for responding to end-user IT issues on the WRV campus. Candidates should have some experience with troubleshooting and repairing PCs, laptops, printers, software and operating system issues and have the ability to interact and communicate with others in a professional and effective manner. Minimal travel is required. Ability to work cooperatively in a mission-driven non-profit health care organization is essential.
