DUTIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT NECESSARILY BE LIMITED TO: Evaluation business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and technology advancements for process and system optimization and automation. Performing requirements analysis. Meeting with users and stakeholders to gather current and anticipate upcoming process, data, and system needs. Documenting and effectively communicating the results of your efforts. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures. Other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA. Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field. A history of leading and supporting successful projects. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Must have a strong ability to self-manage and prioritize. Must be able to work well with other team members and co-workers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Advanced technical skills. Pre-employment and on-going drug screens required. Pass background check.
