The IT PMO is a critical part of the Information Technology team at ATI. The Business Analyst will have the unique opportunity to learn & interface with all areas of the ATI business by acting as a partner and thought leader to the business. Collaboration with cross-functional business units will be key to drive solutions that meet business needs and organizational strategy. As a Business Analyst, you’ll analyze current process & applications, provide recommendations to process & technology improvements, and be the glue between IT and the entire ATI organization. Your Purpose at ATI: – Primary responsibilities of position will include, but are not limited to: documenting business requirements/user stories and test scenarios, identifying process steps, researching issues and problem solving, collecting and analyzing data, testing new services and systems, planning and conducting effective training sessions for end-users. – Learn, understand, assess & document Business Processes, including gap analysis, business process workflow, and research & recommend new functionality and process improvements. – Serve as a strong partner to the business in both requirements elicitation & analysis. Investigate & uncover needs that business partners may not be able to articulate on their own. – Be solution-oriented! Work in tandem with a Product Owner to identify application development needs – features, user stories, and user acceptance criteria. – Maintain a development backlog for an Agile delivery team. – Integrate with an Agile delivery team consisting of a project manager/scrum master, developers, and quality assurance. Be a key contributor to the success of the delivery team. – Build strong relationships with business partners & project teams.
