The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing incidents and configurations pertaining to R1RCM proprietary applications. This role will be working closely with product owners to develop business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for the development team using the company’s agile framework. The successful candidate will possess technical, business and people skills to play a key role as a subject matter expert for their applications. Your day to day role will include: * Provide L2/L3 application support including performing root cause analysis and deep diagnostics for application incidents and maintaining ownership of the final resolution (ticket to patch ownership). * Manage all configurations pertaining to R1 proprietary applications. * Monitor production environment for early problem detection. * Coordinate troubleshooting activities with vendor IT, client IT and internal IT. * Write concise and effective user stories with accurate acceptance criteria that will be used by development and quality assurance teams to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured and developed. * Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. * Create SOPs for various parts of IT operations. You Have: * BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or another technology/business field of study. * Familiarity with the healthcare industry processes and protocols preferred but not required. * 0-3 years of relative work or internship experience. * In-house product knowledge preferred but not required. * Proficiency writing basic SQL (select/joins). Experience with T-SQL a plus. * Ability to work in a dynamic team environment, and to interact with resources from technical and non-technical organizations. * Excellent customer service skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and problem solve. * Experience with a ticket management system, especially Service Now, a plus.
