Content Project Manager, Thermador Irvine, CA / Full-time Your responsibilities Responsible for identifying and overseeing content development and rollout, along with partnership management, for new Intelligent Kitchen (Home Connect = HC) initiative. Work with global teams and local product marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing, and external partners to introduce all new connected products and execute brand strategies as it relates to Home Connect. Basic understanding of home appliances, smart home environment and APP development, along with deep understanding of consumer benefits and marketing program extensions required to manage and drive the development of new content and connected marketing campaigns. Exemplifies an outwardly-focused, entrepreneurial spirit when pitching the Thermador brand to clients. * Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in Marketing/Digital Communications including brand * Experience managing a content development, deployment and execution * Proven experience in a broad array of marketing communications processes and tools * Content creation and publishing * Digital Marketing * Understanding of Product Roadmapping and Launch Planning * Basic knowledge of Internet of Things and or APP development * Knowledge in connectivity landscape (beyond appliances) and latest trends * Brand Management * Content Marketing * Program calendaring * Marketing Automation * Customer journey mapping * Experience in identifying viable partners and driving successful partnerships * Ability to engage and influence the organization * Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * Well organized self-starter who can effectively work in a fast paced environment; and work through and manage change/ambiguity, with an appropriate sense of urgency * Broad knowledge on B to B marketing * Content marketing software * Microsoft Office and SAP Your profile Content Development: * Responsible for identifying content needed for new Intelligent Kitchen (Home Connect) connected appliances platform (APP) * Manage content development strategies and plans in support of new connected product launches, marketing campaigns, and/or brand initiatives, as directed * Responsible for planning and management of content architecture on Home Connect APP * Responsible for the master coordination of all technology that will launch in the new connected products * Ensure all content is aligned to corporate and divisional brand/identity standards * Conduct research and request key messaging from brand teams * Work with Brand Management team to execute content development plans, as it relates to HC, in conjunction with business teams, global home connect/ digital teams and/or subsidiaries and corporate groups Partnership Management: * Coordinate potential partnerships with local and global digital teams and work collaboratively on implementation * Responsible for seeking out potential new business opportunities with partners that align with the brand, as it relates to HC (partners could include, but not limited to, package goods partners or APP/ technology developers) * Must be detail oriented, outgoing and eager to discuss potential new business opportunities with prospective partners * Work with brand team to build public relations campaigns and programs around new partnerships and/or key innovations as it relates to HC * Oversee the brand partnership contracts with legal and the connected product team to ensure that all deliverables meet regulatory and legal compliance requirements Project Management, Reporting and Analytics: * Manage the integration of the brand Thermador into the Home Connect APP platform * Lead Intelligent Kitchen (HC) activities and leverage insights to inform and support the overall business * Responsible for managing projects involving multiple product divisions and engineering teams * Serve as liaison with product marketing and brand marketing * Oversee and co-manage any relevant portion of marketing budget to agreed-upon targets * Research external and internal marketing best practices; utilize these learnings to drive change with key departments * Generate excitement and gain alignment both internally and externally and provide necessary training to employees, agencies and sales teams * Responsible for tracking, measuring, analyzing and reporting ROI on all HC initiatives * Establish KPIs and share analytics and reporting with all stakeholders to continually refine our process to convert customers Your benefits * A comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, educational assistance and a 401(k) plan.
