Position Overview

The Single-Family SharePoint Team is seeking a SharePoint Development Senior to assist in SharePoint 2013 Projects by analyzing the business needs and translating requirements into technical solutions. This will include the documentation of process flows, content analysis, and implementing best practices. The Single-Family SharePoint Team is responsible for all Single-Family Division support and customer interaction, providing incident support and project development to capture business needs, goals and objectives, features, functionality, and process automation using Nintex Forms and Workflows.

Responsibilities include:

• Supports all areas of development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solutioning, development, testing, and release management
• Leverages understanding of Workflow Process Engineering concepts and practices
• Facilitates communications with business users during each phase of the development lifecycle
• Assists with deliverables while adding value to the project team
• Coordinates cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Designs and maintains SharePoint Sites and Processes
• Assists in all aspects of Support and Projects as needed
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on capabilities of SharePoint
• Work with business users to determine appropriate design requirements
• Develop custom business forms using Nintex
• Develop custom workflows using Nintex
• Provide an estimated Level of Effort (LOE) to deliver the proposed solution
• Assist other team members and business site owners with the implementation of new SharePoint solutions and provide day-to-day operations support
• Transfer Knowledge to the business user, formally document steps taken to resolve issues
• Interface with customers to provide support, training, and documentation
• Reviews processes and engages in process improvements
• Regularly reviewing, cleaning-up, managing, and configuring sites
• Creates lists and libraries
• Manages sites, templates, and web part configurations
• Monitors user management and group permissions

Qualifications

• 5-7 Years of related experience in SharePoint Development and Administration
• College Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• Able to develop clear, concise requirements, design documentation, and process flows with minimal direction
• Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Advanced level of General SharePoint Knowledge (Subject Matter Expert)
