Enterprise Video Product Manager

This position is responsible for supporting the product life cycle management or development for a specific Spectrum Enterprise product line. The Enterprise Product Manager must be able to manage conflicting priorities in an efficient manner while balancing demands across the business units. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the Spectrum Enterprise video products for the Government Vertical including Fiber Connect, SBB, Spectrum U and other video products in the pipeline. The position requires an understanding of the Enterprise video market and to be able to evaluate market trends, competitive landscape and what other service provider offers. The product manager will act as the subject matter expert and point person for his/her product line on product related questions and documentation.


  • Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

  • The Product Manager should be extremely knowledgeable in their assigned product line and deeply understand the telecommunications industry and competitive trends. Product Manager is consistently surveying the industry making adjustments to product features, process, pricing, and promotions.

  • This individual should have product development and/or management experience and have an expert understand of industry best practices.

  • Create Product related presentations and deliver briefings to leadership team on as needed.

  • Work with network engineering, product management peers, and product marketing stakeholders to implement product plans.

  • Interact with Spectrum Enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction with the product line.

  • Study and interpret monthly product performance metrics. Diagnosis of monthly performance metrics will be used to activate corrective plans to ensure monthly sales production levels.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customers have a world-class experience with Spectrum Enterprise products.

  • Work with other product teams to provide guidance on future product enhancements

BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field or operational/process optimization
