Help Desk – Tier 1 Technical Support

Direct Hire Help Desk – Tier 1 Technical Support opportunity in the Meriden area.

The Tier 1 Help Desk representatives are the first point of contact to assist with computer glitches and problems. To be considered you will need prior experience working in a similar Tier 1 Help Desk role, call center environment, and/or customer service experience working in the healthcare industry.

Must be an active listener with exceptional communication skills and good reasoning capabilities. You will work with heavy inbound calls and emails. This help desk department is deadline sensitive and fast paced.

If you enjoy solving problems, customer relations and love technical work this may be the job for you.

Company offers an excellent benefit package and good growth potential! $15.50 – $16.85, depending on experience. We are looking to fill this position quickly!
