Responsible for the delivery of quality customer service to internal customers by providing a single point to report problems or to make inquiries. Manages day-to-day service delivery problems and works on special projects as assigned. Must be able to effectively, and consistently, prioritize and multi-task projects that rapidly change in level of importance. Minimum of 1-3 years experience in information technology. Associates degree or equivalent technical training and or experience preferred.
