Camber Corporation has an opening for a Cybersecurity Systems Engineer Level2 located inVirginia Beach, VA. The Cybersecurity Systems Engineer-Level2 will provide cybersecurity engineering supportto Training and Readiness (T&R) Systems Engineering (SE) requirements. Current T&R Systems includebut are not limited to the Advanced Training Domain (ATD). Job Description: As a member of the cybersecurity team, the Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will support the assessment and definition of system security requirements, including analyses of current and future architectures to ensure compliance with standards and policies. The Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will also ensure that current and future designs include Security Engineering considerations and that cybersecurity measures and design characteristics are correctly implemented for the ATD system. The Cybersecurity Systems Engineer will support configuration management, including the updating of C&A documentation to support the ATD project. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: 1. Participate as a member in various IPTs and WGs. 2. Support the alignment with Risk Management Framework (RMF) mapping of security controls overlays based on the applicable directives, policies and instructions. 3. Develop Cybersecurity Defense-in-Depth Architecture Diagrams for the system, the sub-network, and platform network into which the system will be integrated. 4. Develop, maintain, and perform cybersecurity validation and test procedures and document results. 5. Development and maintain Cybersecurity Risk Mitigation Plans. 6. Develop and maintain Cybersecurity Residual Risk Assessments. 7. Perform IRP and ECP reviews providing technical comment and cost input. 8. Respond to cybersecurity related Technical Questions and System Trouble Reports (STR) by developing a written response and/or generating an IRP or ECP to resolve the reported problem(s). 9. Prepare and/or present briefs, technical/point papers, plans and processes. 10. Generate STRs/IRPs/ECPs. 11. Assist Security Engineering Lead with documentation of STRs, IRP and ECP, metrics and presentation slides. Mandatory Qualifications and Requirements: 1. Cybersecurity Management (IAM) Level II (e.g. CAP, CASP CE, CISM, CISSP or Associate, GSLC) or higher certification is required. 2. Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Security or3 years ofengineering experiencein system design and architecture development with multiple modern computer platforms i.e. Windows, Linux, and UNIX is required. 3. 2years of system security engineering experience in conducting information system security assessments; evaluating IA and Cybersecurity security controls; and conducting and supporting RMF activities in Steps 1 5 is required. A strong working knowledge of the Defense Cybersecurity Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) is desired. 4. Experience in applying information systems security principles and concepts as well as project management principles. 5. Experience in applying information systems security concepts and methods across multiple IT disciplines. 6. Experience with operational Navy integrated training systems and/or simulator systems desired. 7. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint). 8. Secret security clearance is required. See Job Description
