We are currently seeking a talented IT Audit Manager to assist the Director of Internal Audit in developing and building IT audit programs and continuous auditing tools that add value to the business and the board of directors in terms of cost recoveries, process improvements & efficiencies, as well as detection of possible fraud, theft, waste, & abuse or violations of company policies. Responsibilities include: * Implement a continuous auditing/monitoring program for the Internal Audit Department. Includes review of server and database configurations, building SQL scripts, queries, views, etc. to assist in identification of potential fraud, waste, or abuse transactions or violations of company policies or controls. * Prepare requirements, assist with selection, and lead implementation for new Internal Audit and SOX management solution. * Work with external IT auditors, IS Department personnel and leadership, and internal audit staff to manage the IT audit component of Managements 404 process to assess WCNs internal control over financial reporting. * Plan, execute, and report thoughtful and actionable improvement recommendations on IT-specific internal audits as time allows (2-3 per year) included but not limited to: + Datacenter security and environmental controls + External vulnerability assessments and attack & penetration testing + In-depth security reviews of specific systems or IT processes + IT governance, policies, and control environment + Software license compliance * Lead the IT component of various internal audits, including in-depth revenue/sales & billing system security reviews at operating locations. * Lead design and implementation of new IA page on the Companys Intranet * Assist the Director of Internal Audit as necessary to advise the business and IS departments on security and internal controls during the design and implementation of new systems * Assist the IA department with financial controls testing and district internal audits as needed to better understand the financial and operational processes and risks Ideal Candidates will have: * Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Accounting, or related field. * Understanding of risks & controls and basic accounting preferred. * Understanding of information security standards, best practices, and applicable laws and regulations. * Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Fraud Examiner, or similar certification preferred. * Robust skill in reviewing and writing SQL scripts preferred. * Experience with MS SQL Server EM and auditing tools such as ACL or IDEA preferred. * Flexible to travel if necessary. * An ability to articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience * Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities You will be joining a great team and a company in a work hard, play hard environment along with a competitive salary.
