• Collaborate with other Business Analysts to maintain processes and overall functionality within Oracle EBS.

• Work with teams throughout the company to build and improve current business processes within Oracle EBS.

• Adhere to existing development and deployment standards.

• Work with our Oracle EBS vendor to ensure and deploy best practices.

• Lead training and change management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

• 5+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 3+ years of module / process development and management.

• Strong knowledge of two or more of the following modules and associated business processes: Financial, Purchasing, Cost, Inventory and Fixed Assets.

• Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience.

• Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills.
