JOB SUMMARY
Drives results by managing development and lifecycle initiatives that include all traditional STB video and app-based video products for business and bulk MDU. Develops and maintains requirements, business rules, key performance indicators, and process documentation. Is a Subject Matter Expert for video products and services while assisting with new development initiatives. Works independently and among larger teams using creative thinking and problem solving skills in addition to standard business analysis tactical skills to pivot easily in a fast paced environment between multiple tasks and projects with changing priorities.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Leads and works with a cross functional team through the development, implementation and launch of new products and features, including hardware (digital set top boxes) and software (interactive program guides and applications.)

Assists in management of product lifecycle and roadmap for digital video products, including residential and commercial.

Establishes credibility with internal and external team members to direct planning and implementation, while relentlessly driving deliverable timelines.
Develops use cases, defines business rules and supports tools for operational implementation across the enterprise.

Responsible for collaborating with all internal and external teams to ensure that all product information is current and accurate, including communication releases, updating process documentation, marketing information and website support content.


Plans and implements product deployments/upgrades in close partnership with Project Management organization and field.

Determines and monitors key performance customer experience indicators for the video product portfolio; recommends areas for process and product improvement.

Uses data and metrics to analytically justify, support, and track initiatives.

Drives initiatives through leadership with Advanced Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Operations, Corporate Marketing, Finance, Direct Sales and third party vendors.

Works on the integration of classic Video products with web, mobile, high speed internet and phone.

Drives customer-facing product enhancements that generate increased engagement, revenue growth and market penetration for residential and commercial video products.

Maintains flexibility to operate in traditional and agile project management methodologies.

Learns about new trends and technologies in the video landscape that could includence current or future products.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong knowledge of personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, presentations, etc.) with an ability to utilize these tools.

Eagerness and ability to learn quickly

Education
BS/BA in business, engineering, or computer science. MBA is preferred.

Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products, services, and competitive landscape

Experience as a product owner in an agile software development framework
Experience with various video platforms, including iOS, Android, Web, and Roku
