This is a desktop support role and is a member of the Technical Support Team that provides desktop support to end users. Common tasks include application, software and hardware support to all end users to ensure proper and effective operations. This role is also tasked with desktop related projects such as imaging and deploying computers, laptops, printers, and cell phones.
1. Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or closely related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute; A+, Net+, Microsoft or other IT Certification preferred.
2. Must have at least 2 years relevant Desktop/Helpdesk IT experience including responsibilities for desktop maintenance & Support.
3. Experience working in a collaborative IT setting
4. Experience with customer service in a healthcare setting is a plus
