Joina team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems withinHoneywell AerospaceElectronics Solutions. You will be integral increating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Youwill have ownership for one or more Integrated Systems functions associatedwith Next Generation Avionics (NGA). Disciplines to be considered include individualswith experience in Flight Controls, Avionics Hosting Environment, Display ofSituational Information, and Safety Assessment. You will work across multipleIntegrated Product Team disciplines and withfunctional leaders across the Platforms COE to realizea highly scalable and highest quality Integrated Modular Avionics solution.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 10+ years of engineering experience

  • Knowledge of the FHA-FDAL-IDAL Analysis process per ARP4754A
  • Ability to review System Level Design and Requirements (Functional, Operational and User Interface) that have been created to Satisfy Architectural Safety Decisions that have been defined to support a top-level analysis.
  • Experience using guidance provided in SAE/ARP 4761 to perform Fault Hazard Assessment, Fault Tree Analysis, and Common Mode Analysis
