Job Title Project Manager

Job Description The Project Manager delivers plant projects on time within budget and scope. The Project Manager must possess strong business skills with experience in management, budgeting and analysis.

– Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

– Conduct prioritization meetings, seek approval from Executive Management and manage the overall plant tactical & strategic investment plan

– Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget

– Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

– Ensure resource availability and allocation

– Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

– Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

– Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

– Research and make recommendation on new industry innovations to enhance plant performance

– Manage the relationship with plant stakeholders via routine project update sessions

– Perform risk management to minimize project risks

– Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

– Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

– Additional job duties as necessary to facilitate plant operation
Educational Requirements:

– Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the field of Engineering for technical project managers and minimum of 7 years in increasing responsibility having managed multiple projects.

Specific Skills and Abilities (In Order of Importance)

– Solid technical background, with understanding or handson experience in project management

– Excellent clientfacing and internal communication skills

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills

– Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & MS Project

– PMP certification is a plus

– Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.

– Ability to communicate to all levels of the organization.

– Strong problemsolving skills.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the field of Engineering for technical project managers and minimum of 7 years in increasing responsibility having managed multiple projects.
