Project Manager (accepting applications for future openings)


The Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery of the project. This position reports overall project status to key project stakeholders and provides focused management of the day-to-day project activities while they direct and coordinate integration of applications, education, infrastructure and process improvement testing.


Primary Responsibilities:

* This position ensures standardization and facilitates use of project management methodologies, processes and tools
* Provides management oversight of the overall project

* Leads projects of large scope, high levels of complexity and risk with organization-wide stakeholders and visibility

* Manages the activities of the production management team for client projects

* Assists business process owners and operational leaders in the development of project plans and strategies to take advantage of business opportunities on large scale projects

* Provides guidance and direction for the project team to maintain the objectives of the project or program

* Provides learning and development opportunities to project participants and other support as appropriate

* Organizes effective decision making processes for multifaceted projects with numerous stakeholders

* Works with Account Directors to ensure project is delivered within approved budget, schedule and meets quality standards

* Participates in weekly client status meetings


Position Requirements

* Advanced experience and skill with Workamajig and/or industry supported Project Management Suite

Work Experience:

* 5+ years of project management experience in an ad agency setting, or a combination of relevant experience demonstrating strong operational leadership skills and project management expertise leading complex organizational level initiatives

Educational Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required
