Position: QA Lead – CRM (Salesforce)
JOB REF#: 30361
Duration: 12+ Months (On-going Contract)

Location: Plano, TX 75024 (on-site only)
Rate: Open/Market Rate, depends on experience level (W2 ONLY)

QA Lead will provide an independent and comprehensive testing oversight service for all IT system implementations and changes within the Service Operations delivery channel. Successful delivery of testing services will result in improvement of software delivery quality, reduced time to market, and decreased costs. Resource is evaluated on his/her ability to interface professionally with project teams, identify and analyze quality risks, determine the test approach, determine test project scope, prepare time and cost estimates, facilitate and manage the project testing schedule, prepare and facilitate the implementation of test plans, and manage the outsource testing vendors.

Oversight and working with testing vendors:

– Managing estimation/forecasting process to get accurate deliverables for SOWs.

– Managing test plans, test execution and making sure QA Vendors stay on timeline/schedule.

– Ideally this person will have experience leading a TCoE or Test Center of Excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

– Partner with QA CoE to create and execute a test practice strategy which aligns to needs of the organization.

– Manage testing service delivery through a team of employees and non-employees testers.

– Socialize QA/testing industry standards and best practices to mature QA practice.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: (Resume must reflect this experience)

– Must have experience managing test plans/resources/outsourced partners on CRM & Telephony related projects.

– Must have experience with Salesforce – CRM (Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud).

– Proven ability to lead a TCoE organization in supporting delivery of quality IT solutions in a cost effective manner.

– 8+ years of increasing levels of responsibility for QA and testing of IT solutions from small to large project.

– 5+ years of experience leading all phases of QA effort required to execute large enterprise projects impacting multiple large enterprise legacy systems.

– Experience managing, leading and testing within Waterfall, RUP, and/or Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies.

– Experience in evaluating Test Automation, Performance Testing, and Test Data Management solutions.

– Experience with defining and measuring Quality metrics.

– Managed an outsourced QA team involved in all aspects of testing.

– Developed test approaches / strategies for large scale enterprise projects.

– Hands-on experience with Manual and Automation Testing.

– Experience testing various integration methods (Web services, batch).

– Experience identifying and analyzing quality risks.

– Experience determining testing scope using risk-based testing approach.

– Experience preparing, managing time estimates and fixed bid deliverables (SOW).

– Experience assessing risk to schedule, cost, or quality on project and testing engagement.

– Must reside locally and available to interview in-person

– Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role

– Must have excellent written and oral communication skills

– Education: Bachelors Degree

DESIRED SKILLS:

– Genesys – Telephony/IVR/Call Routing.

– ETL, Middleware, Security testing.

– Rules Engine – understand concept and how to build scenarios around it.

– Automotive Finance experience.

– Knowledge / Experience in use of HP Testing Tools (Quality Center, Unified Functional Test (UFT 11.52).
