The potential candidate will work in a team to support the current communication, collaboration, productivity and content management services platform. Will also analyze business requirements, operational processes, and data relationships/configurations to sustain operations, align processes across business units/geographies. May manage small project and be tasked to analyze reports. Understand the capabilities of Medtronic IT collaboration, communication, productivity and content management applications and infrastructure and how to best leverage them in conjunction with customer use cases and scenarios. May serve as a subject matter expert in one of the supported platforms for content management or productivity services. Assist stakeholders in adopting, utilizing and optimizing current services. Participate in the development of marketing, training and communication strategies and channels for services. Participate in processes and mechanisms to gather customer feedback and share with various IT stakeholders in the development of new services or the improvement of existing services. Drive standardization of processes across businesses, where optimal or value is added. May lead small projects and process improvement initiatives. Must Have: Minimum Requirements EDUCATION REQUIRED GED/High School Graduate YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 12+ years of IT experience with a GED/High School Graduate 10+years of IT experience with Associate Degree 4+ years of IT experience with a Bachelors Degree 2+ years of IT Experience with a Masters Degree Nice to Have: Bachelor’s Degree Experience in a Business Analyst role Experience with Office 365, Outlook, Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Box, file shares sync agents Goal oriented, task driven decision-making with a strong sense of accountability Excellent prioritization and team work skills Experience in conducting Voice of the Customer feedback sessions and stakeholder engagement Experience with driving process improvement activities Ability to analyze reports and translate report data into meaningful information Create dashboards or metrics leveraging SharePoint or other tools Experience in facilitating small to large groups through challenging discussions Strong interpersonal, oral, presentation, and written communication skills Ability to understand end-audience needs and requirements Marketing, branding, training or communications skills PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described within the Responsibilities section of this job description are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
