Senior Python/JavaScript Developer

Muster is a cloud based web platform that enables customers to create online advocacy campaings with analytics.

We are seeking an experienced developer to help build and maintain our web application, written primarily in Python/Django. You will be one of the first developers to join our team and will have the unique opportunity to help shape the future of our product.

The majority of the work you will be doing will focus on new development with the remainder concentrating on maintenance of existing applications.

This position is a full-time, on site role. Salary will be based on experience.


While we are seeking someone who covers all the requirements below we would also like to speak with anyone who has a nice combination of the below skill set even if you are missing one or two items.

* Experience with Python/Django
* Experience with AWS, Heroku or other cloud-based infrastructure providers
* Experience with git and Github
* Experience with ReactJS or other single page application frameworks
* Experience with Docker or other containerization software
* Experience developing REST APIs
* Knowledge of or interest in new technologies
* Creative thinker able to provide an idea and execute it from inception to launch
* Good communications and experience as part of a development team
* Ability to be resourceful and creative in a fast-paced startup environment
* BS or MS in computer science or a related field
