Join our team and be at the forefront of the Video Application industry. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting all launch communications, aiding in launch protocol and readiness, while serving as the voice of the customer as part of the Video Applications product team. Works independently using creative thinking and problem-solving skills in addition to standard business analysis tactical skills to pivot quickly in a fast paced environment between multiple tasks and projects with changing priorities.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for collaborating with Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations to ensure that all internal and external facing product information is current and accurate, including updating process documentation, Welcome Kits, and Customer Support Page content. Provide input on outgoing customer communications to improve communication on each product release.
Establishes credibility with internal and external team members to direct planning and implementation, while relentlessly driving deliverable timelines.
Able to work independently, possess strong problem-solving skills, able to pivot between multiple tasks and projects with changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
Assist with analysis of product performance and interpretation of customer feedback. Track app-related call driver metrics.
Work with Metrics, Call Volume reporting, Customer Feedback, and Social Media reporting teams to represent app reporting accurately.
Support product and feature launch with data analysis and presentation that reflects customer experience and usage of the new product or feature, when applicable.
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

BS/BA in business, engineering, marketing, or computer science

Knowledge of cable and telecommunications platforms and product, services, and competitive landscape
Experience working with residential Video services
Experience with Agile/Scrum development framework
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
