Intimate knowledge and ability to query, coordinate and match marketing, Salesforce, billing, serviceability and third-party data. Deliver actionable data for Enterprise sales teams, and leaders, to target both existing customers and new prospects. Ability to promptly deliver complex ad-hoc reporting requests to upper-level management. Contribute to Charter’s success by ensuring business needs and goals are realized through in-depth analysis, business trending and reporting activities from multiple data sources.


Advanced ability to analyze and comprehend complex data structures through multiple systems and resources

Lead responsibility for ensuring Customer Relations Management data is in-synch with other, trusted and verified data sources

Resourceful drive to ensure Customer Relations Management tools are free from inaccurate data and duplicates

Manages and performs integrations between the Customer Relations Management and outside data. In depth understanding of multiple, varied data sources.

Partner with Sales leadership teams, and have an in-depth understanding of Sales strategy and goals.

Execute and deliver ad-hoc data and analytics solutions with a sense of urgency on an as-needed basis.

Present data in a fashion that is easy to understand, actionable and with proper documentation for successful user adoption.

Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership team on performance/results.

Keen acumen to recognize and take action based on observation and anecdotal experience.

Constantly, and consistently bring new ideas to the attention of leadership to improve data quality for both tactical and strategic purpose.

Strong organizational skills to track and manage an ever-changing list of complex, prioritized requests.

Develop internal partnerships to ensure accuracy and functionality of data collection platforms, functionality of reporting tools, and overall collaboration of all necessary reporting functions.

Partner cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, and all other areas of the business to achieve business goals.

Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability for strong detail and sense of urgency in completing multiple assignments, many
times in parallel, with aggressive timelines
Prior experience and passion for leveraging data to drive significant business impact
Ability to speak to large groups with advanced presentation skills
Ability to perform critical thinking in the area of data analysis and process
Possess the intellectual curiosity to work through ambiguity
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Comfortable working with minimum direction
Must have a strong command of database concepts and exceptional SQL skills
Experience working with one or many business intelligence platforms
Knowledge of dimensional and relational data modeling
Knowledge of SalesForce
Knowledge of MicroStrategy, Cognos, Crystal, Tableau or other reporting and analytics tools
Ability to understand business uses of data and put together specifications for data design and development

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent experience

Preferred Education
Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent experience
