This position is responsible for the alignment of Field Operations business processes, business information, and entreprise-level systems with the strategic goals and objectives of the department and the enterprise. The role is responsible for the definition, implementation, and governance of enterprise-wide business processes and IT solutions to enable Field Operations to deliver against its core operational responsibilities while continuously improving productivity and quality. This role is also responsible for driving consistent deployment, adoption, and use of these solutions, managing the vendors providing those solutions, and tracking key performance metrics.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop an integrated view of Field Operations and how it interacts with the broader enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques to guide and inform the ongoing development and implementation of the Field Operations business architecture.
Partner with field leaders (RVPs/VPs/Directors) to establish entreprise-wide business processes and procedures that are aligned with the strategic goals and objectives of the enterprise.
Oversee all aspects of the implementation of standardized processes and the technical solutions required to enable them, including analysis, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Actively represent high-priority systems initiatives across departments within Charter. Partner with Regions, vendors and contractors to champion adoption, integration and use of critical systems across Field Operations and its organizational suppliers and customers.
Establish the organizational capability within Field Operations to manage the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of its business processes and supporting systems. Implement an effective and repeatable implementation methodology and governance framework.
Establish and manage user groups and other mechanisms to gather feedback on processes and tools. Establish performance metrics and implement a measurement framework for ongoing, data-driven analysis and continuous improvement of Field Operations processes and systems.

BA/BS/MS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or MBA and equivalent work experience
