Sr. Functional Analyst- Enterprise PMO

The EPMO Methodology and Standards Sr. Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining standard project management processes, tools and metrics. This will include conducting assessments of current state practices, tools and artifacts, gather and analyze requirements, facilitating collaborative sessions to agree on improvements, manage change and promote continuous improvement of EPMO processes and standards. The Lead Analyst will be responsible for maintaining the EPMO SharePoint repository for EPMO standards and artifact templates. In addition, the role will lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the company with ongoing adoption and adherence to EPMO standards for project management.

-Partners with Senior leadership, EPMO, business unit PMO(s) and the organizations project management community to promote adoption of project methodologies, processes, tools and standards in support of maturing our enterprise project management capabilities.

-Project manage assigned improvement initiatives related to EPMO Methodology and Standards to ensure scope is clear, milestones are measured and achieved; risks are identified and managed; and budget is adhered to. Escalates as appropriate to leadership.

-Develop and maintain the EPMO SharePoint repository for standards, processes, training documentation and artifact templates, adhering to version control and release management best practices for updates.

-Develops and executes roadmap for continuous improvement and maintenance of EPMO Methodology and Standards and industry best practice to build and implement a structured, deliverable driven, fact based program/project management methodology that includes behaviors, processes, artifacts and tools that are efficient, effective and scalable across all levels of the organization.


Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 7 years-experience in related field

  • Must have strong interpersonal/negotiation skills, including conflict resolution with senior leadership required. Ability to garner support and operate with political savvy
  • Systemic thinker, fact based and analytical problem solving. Ability to develop unique and novel solutions to problems.
  • Consultative thought leadership. Ability to analyze and evaluate complex business, system & process opportunities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodology, interpersonal skills, computer skills, ability to communicate, both written and oral.
