You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. Qualifications Basic Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred At least 4 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with any one of the skills-MS Lync or Skype for Business (SFB) with Enterprise Voice. At least 2 years of experience on complete design and deployment of Microsoft Lync or Skype for Business. At least3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. At least 2 years of experience in Design and architecture review. At least3 years of experience in software development life cycle. At least 1 year of experience in working on end-to-end monitoring on any one reporting tools ( like-EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc.) in the Unified communication domain. Experience in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated ( with other solutions) video and audio conferences is a plus. Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment. Analytical skills. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
