Tier 2 Technical Support/Business Hours

We are looking for Technical Support Representatives to join our team. The Technical Support Representative fields all in-bound calls and works tickets via our internal ticket system. Most calls will be questions about using our software, which can be answered directly. Other issues require advanced troubleshooting or to be escalated to our development team for further research. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for ensuring that these issues are resolved and will then need to follow up with the customer about the resolution. The Technical Support Representatives are the first point of contact for our customers and as such must maintain a friendly and positive demeanor.

* Master the product
* Provide timely response to customer support inquiries via phone and email.
* Provide product training to increase customer product knowledge.
* Update and improve our living documentation to help customers help themselves

* Interact daily with customers in order to identify, document and resolve customer issues.
* Interact with various functional departments to provide timely and accurate solutions to end customers.
* Advanced Trouble shooting experience.

* 1-2 Years experience in a technical support call center.
* Knowledge of IOS and Android operating systems.
* Love of technology.
* Bachelors degree or 1+ years work experience in an Technical Support role.
