Staff Software Engineer, IBM Corporation, Dublin, OH: Use design documentation, such as Functional Programming Specifications and high level design documents to implement identified components. Ensure that implemented components are unit tested and ready to be integrated into the product. Provide fixes to defects identified by the verification team during the software development life cycle. Responsible for the design and delivery of blueprints, solutions, and application assets for on premise, cloud and appliance based offerings. Utilize front and back end development, Databases (SQL), Junit, Eclipse, Rational Application Developer, Shell / Batch scripts, and Regression Testing.

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or related (employer will accept three (3) years of post-secondary study plus one (1) year of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) and two (2) years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or related.
