Monitor mainframe JCL jobs & assist with troubleshooting COBOL, DB2, CICS, XML & MQ modules. Work on incident analysis, application enhancement, release management & problem management. Perform break report analysis in trading, supporting regulatory reporting & audit activities, settlement, & financial systems. Support mainframe production batch cycle of New York & London Stock Exchange trades. Liaise with the end user community to offer technical & analytical support.
