Salary Range: $47,686 to $74,120 per year

The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Office of the Center Director/Location Support Staff in Fargo, North Dakota, invites applications for an Information Technology Specialist.
 
The incumbent of this position will provide a variety of computer support that includes processing data, developing and operating software, and troubleshooting system problems for the administrative, technical, and professional staff. Ensuring that Firewalls, Routers, and backbone Switches are properly configured and maintained to ensure minimal network disruptions in network access. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software and hardware issues encountered by users. Ensuring that organization CyberSecurity policy and procedures are implemented and provide technical assistance using organization software and hardware tools.
