IT-ASSISTANT VICE PRESIDENT (Research Triangle Park, NC): Provide application support for production issues in the Credit Risk environment, from initial client contact to the resolution of issues. Monitor application processes, servers, & databases. Resolve production support issues raised to the support team by business clients, IT teams, & system-generated alerts. Ensure the proper tracking, categorization, & prioritization of incidents & document issues & resolutions in the team knowledge management system. Plan, coordinate, & execute production deployments, system upgrades, & emergency bug fixes. Provide support for releases, upgrades, & disaster recovery & business continuity process tests. Promote code from testing to production environments, utilizing .NET & XML. Troubleshoot regulatory reporting & scenario batches & ensure reports are timely delivered. Create scripts to automate tasks via Windows schedulers to avoid manual intervention. Identify bugs & propose solutions using the problem tracking system.
