Maintain defined server components, develop solutions, & deliver package for operating system layer. Support testing of standard server configurations & its integration with multiple operating system & third party software components. Create standard specifications & test cases derived from requirements list. Provide third level product support service for projects. Provide component & platform documentation & release notes. Provide solutions to compliance items related to MS Windows Server. Work with vendors to resolve complex platform faults & ensure delivery of solutions. Work with MS Windows Operations team to resolve audit points raised by Monitory Authority of Singapore against Windows Infrastructure. Design security base line for MS Windows Server Operating System & monitor changes. Evaluate software & hardware components of server build & define life cycle management plan to support matrix for each component. Utilize MS Windows Server, BMC BladeLogic, MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), .NET, PowerShell & VB scripting, MSI package scripting & XML definitions.
