Liaise with the end user community to understand their problems & needs, & provide technical & analytical support. Provide in-depth analysis & implement strategic IT solutions to production problems while adhering to deadlines & facilitating timely delivery for Operations business users. Provide timely & efficient support for various trade processing application related issues. Analyze & debug the existing source code to find bugs & performance issues. Minimize potential application support problems through root cause analysis & monitoring. Write SQL queries & debug procedures/functions. Apply knowledge of software application development & utilize Core Java, J2EE, .Net, Oracle, MS SQL, Sybase, Autosys, Control-M, Unix, Linux, Windows, WebLogic, WebSphere, XML & ITIL tools.
