Job Description:
Must Haves: the ideal applicants will be experienced within the following areas:
– Composite Fabrication & Techniques
– NC Traditional CAD / CAM Systems
– Trim, Drill, AFP, ATLM Equipment
– Composite Tooling (such as mandrels and fixtures)
– Defect reduction, Root cause
– Corrective action, Problem solving

Preferred candidates will have the following skills:
1. Pre-Cure Composites Manufacturing:
– CATIA V5
– NS2/nesting experience
– OLT (Optical Laser Template)
– USK (Ultrasonic Knife)
– Automated Fiber Placement (AFP)/Composite Tape Laying Machines (CTLM)
2.Post-Cure Composites Manufacturing:
– CATIA V5
– Vericut
– CATIA Advanced Machining Workbench
– Trim and Drill of composite parts
– Axis milling/machining of composite parts
