Agency Relationship Manager

What you will be doing:

  • Identify, build and maintain relationships with all of the UK’s recruitment advertising agencies, promoting the ITJobPro offering and driving a lucrative new revenue channel
  • Developing a strategic business plan to drive long term revenue growth from recruitment advertising agencies
  • Establishing relationships and networking with stakeholders at all levels
  • Leading from the front and passionately representing the ITJobPro brand
  • Demonstrating a continuous desire to be the best

What we need from you:

  • A minimum of  5 years’ experience, successfully  selling into recruitment advertising agencies, with an extensive book of existing UK advertising agency contacts.·
  • Significant  experience of delivering outstanding results against highly challenging targets
  • A highly proactive approach to winning new business
  • Credibility, gravitas and the ability to easily build rapport and establish relationships
  • A strategic approach with an eye for detail and advanced, intelligent questioning skills
  • Self-motivated, well organised and with a systematic approach to work, you are a highly articulate team player with a competitive nature and passion for winning
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce
