• Work with back-end developers and designers to improve usability and meet product requirements.
• Guide the technical direction of the frontend team, ensuring best practices and the latest technologies are used.
• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support through code reviews and direct mentorship.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring that milestones are met and the final product aligns with the client’s vision.
• Research and implement new web technologies to improve the development process and user experience.
• Ensure high standards of code quality and performance.”
