Insight Global is hiring for a full-time Application Support Analyst to help manage and enhance a clients existing environment. This role will have a large focus on ERP management (currently using JD Edwards) for both functional and technical support. The main modules this role will be working in are sales, distribution and finance. This role will also be responsible for overall Application management of the clients environment and will work closely with outside vendors or any complex escalations.

Microsoft Office 365 Administrative Skills
4+ years of Application Support/Administration experience

Experience supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred)

SQL

Active Directory and Group Policy administration

Application patching and upgrade experience
