What You’ll Do

As an Application Support Analyst, you will respond to and resolving customer issues in regard to smartphone or computer applications to banking software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talking via audio/videoconferences with users and suppliers in the local language to understand the user's request/complaint, as well as the steps required for reproduction and solution
  • Implementing palliative solutions to the problems identified.
  • Troubleshooting system environments.
  • Application tuning (including application performance diagnostics).
  • Creating scripts to make corrections to application databases.
  • Updating the system's knowledge base (troubleshooting, guides, service scripts).
  • Fulfilling service requests: querying/extracting data, generating reports and graphs.
  • Preventive monitoring of the production environment to ensure system stability (on demand).
  • Functional support for updating technological environments, helping from planning to execution of updates.
  • Installation and maintenance of software and patches.
  • Providing services within the SLA agreed in the contract with the client.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience with Level 2 support.
  • Good programming experience (based on OOPs – Object Oriented Programming Structure Language).
  • UNIX experience.
  • Experience with relational databases (scripts).
  • Java skills.
  • Understanding and experience of ITIL methodology.

Language: Advanced English.
