We are seeking a Application/UX/UI Developer who combines user-centered design principles with strong technical development skills. This hybrid role will design and build responsive, intuitive applications and dashboards using Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI), SharePoint, Monday.com, OutSystems, and .NET frameworks, while contributing to scalable design systems and ensuring seamless collaboration between design and development.
The ideal candidate will balance UX/UI design expertise with application development proficiency, helping to create visually polished, implementation-ready solutions that improve usability and business efficiency.
How you’ll make an impact
Application Development:
- Develop custom applications using PowerApps, SharePoint, OutSystems, and .NET frameworks.
- Integrate applications with APIs and data sources for robust functionality.
- Configure and customize Monday.com workflows and automation.
UX & UI Design:
- Translate stakeholder and user needs into user flows, wireframes, and responsive high-fidelity UI designs.
- Apply structured UX thinking to complex digital experiences through thoughtful information architecture and interaction planning.
- Deliver visually polished, on-brand experiences aligned with accessibility standards and responsive best practices.
Data Visualization:
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and performance optimization.
Design System Contribution:
- Apply and extend existing design system components, patterns, and tokens.
- Maintain consistency in component usage, naming conventions, and documentation.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with developers to ensure alignment on design intent and implementation.
- Participate in agile rituals (sprint planning, standups) and design critiques.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Content, Research, SEO, Development).
About you
- Proficiency in PowerApps, Power BI, and SharePoint site development.
- Strong experience with .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs).
- Familiarity with Monday.com and OutSystems automation and API integrations.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- UX/UI design experience with responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Power Automate.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in application development and UX/UI design.
