Applications Support Analyst – Westerville, OH
Support process improvements to improve the stability and performance of applications. Identify system bottlenecks and opportunities for enhancement. Provide end-to-end resolutions to incidents and problems in order to ensure completion of all jobs within defined objectives for aligned LOBs. Perform service transition from development to support. Perform research and identify sources of production issues. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other teams to remediate and implement solutions to minimize customer impact and/or impacts downstream. Develop and utilize core support tools and processes to perform work while improving day-to-day practices for support team members. Ensure applications meet required service levels. Engage and partner with application development teams, global production support team, and platform owners like TD, ETL, and BI. Report root cause analysis (RCA) and remediation actions to executive and senior management.
