Citibank, N.A. seeks an Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, New Jersey location.
Duties: Perform analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation of new system components, software programs and associated integration in support of investor services function within the Institutional Clients Group for Investment Banking applications including Prime Finance business. Use programming language and relational database management system software C#, .NET, WSDL, and SQL Server. Develop and maintain highly interactive, scalable GUI applications. Interface with a global team to provide production support and translate business requirements into working production quality software. Provide ongoing support for production-deployed system components to ensure proper functionality. Define new requirements, and prototype, build, and implement technical solutions. Use Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0, WPF and WCF. Liaise with Quality Assurance Testers to ensure that product functionality meets expectations and with primary support staff to ensure the successful operation and functionality of components post-release. Create overall platform architecture and sprint planning. Design, automated deployments. Design core framework, platform components, production builds and deployments, and write unit test cases to achieve maximum code coverage.
Requirements: Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as a computer systems analyst, software developer, .NET Developer, software engineer, or related position involving design and implementation of .NET technologies. 2 years of experience must include: Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0; Windows Presentation Foundation and Windows Communication Foundation; Programming language and relational database management system software including C#, .NET, WSDL, and SQL Server; Investment Banking applications including Prime Finance, Stock Loan business.
