A large Insurance client of Insight Global is seeking a talented ASP. NET Developer to join their IT Operations team at their League City, TX location. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining help desk applications, such as the global enterprise Microsoft System Center platform (SCSM and Cireson 3rd party vendor application) used for the management of Incidents, Problems, Changes and Service Requests, which is the ITIL Services Management platform for the organization that supports over 3.7K users. This person will be responsible for collaborating with management and the technical team for solving issues, configuring/creating solutions for system improvements and reports. 60% of their time will be focused on new development or modifications from requests for the help desk applications (SCSM) in . NET C# and 40% of time dedicated to troubleshooting, assessing issues and new solutions, debugging, etc. This person doesn't have to be vaccinated but would like for this person to be comfortable coming on-site 2-3 days per week to League City, TX.
Specific programming experience with Microsoft System Center Service Manager (SCSM)
Experience programming with Cireson products for SCSM
Insurance industry experience
5 years minimum experience as a programmer, developer, or programmer analyst with web applications, for service request related software
Experience troubleshooting and debugging Service Desk SCSM / SCCM
Technical programming experience with C#, . NET Framework, and ASP. NET
Exposure to ADO. NET, VB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, SQL Server, Web Services
Willingness to learn SCSM programming
