– Primary contact for all business requirements and processes. Define, analyze and develop structured requirements gathered through various techniques and business operations. Elicit, analyze, document and communicate business requirements and end user readiness of business solutions. knowledge of business analysis techniques, business processes and project methodologies to complex projects, including expertise in Service Request Analyst, Process Analyst and Agile Analyst applications. Maintain high-level understanding ofemerging business and technology trends to deliver successful IT solutions. Advise business partners of all recommended functional requirements and provide recommendations regarding business sponsors based on a risk and cost versus benefit analysis. Determine, apply and lead various project methodologies, including methodologies employing Agile, Waterfall and iterative systems.Provide business context and ensure the success of quality assurancedeliverables and business acceptance testing. Work with implementation management and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption of specific technical solutions. Drive process improvements, special initiatives and assignments for Hanover based on knowledge of business strategies and operational processes. Accountable for project planning and collaborating with project team members from requirements phase through design,testing, implementation, evaluation and maintenance, and specific deliverables.
– Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field and seven years of experience in the job offered or seven years of business analysis. Experience must include seven years of the following: business analysis in Commercial Lines Insurance domain; insurance specific systems including Guidewire; Agile and/or Waterfall Project Methodologies; writing functional and non-functional requirements to a testable level; project management; applying Facilitation, Business Rules, Process Analysis, and Service Request; Java based applications. PMP Certification. Experience may begained concurrently.
