Associate IT Project Manager

We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Associate IT Project Manager who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.
In this role, the Project Manager will effectively manage IT projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the completion of assigned projects or tasks, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Understand the business objectives of initiatives and ensure project outcomes align with these goals.
  • Develop project scope, high-level requirements, and desired process flows.
  • Collaborate with IT development teams to communicate business requirements and objectives.
  • Guide new initiatives through intake processes, ensuring smooth transitions and clear understanding.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication regarding project status, concerns, or escalations with team members, business leaders, and executive sponsors.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and/or Scrum Master
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project/Planner
  • Working knowledge of IT software development and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Miro
  • Ability to work with business leaders to capture business objectives and high level requirements for potential initiatives
  • Experience in creating high level business and system flows
  • Capability to work with a variety of business and IT team members to drive initiatives to meet necessary timeframes
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Problem solving acumen and analytical skills
  • Leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills
