Job Description:
What candidate will Be Doing:
Engineer will support development and validation across OTA, Cybersecurity, OBD Regulatory and embedded systems domains. Work involves requirement definition, implementation, and validation under V-model software development, with focus on ECU protection, diagnostics, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in software development following V-Model (System Requirement → Test).

Define and manage software requirements using DOORS, EWM, and ETM.

Work on Automotive Cybersecurity topics including Secure Boot, MCU protection, and OBD regulation compliance (e.g., Global Diagnostic Codes).

Support OTA (Over-the-Air) software development and validation.

Develop software based on AUTOSAR architecture.

Manage diagnostics and control functions — brake system experience preferred but not mandatory.

Use tools like Vector Toolset (CANoe, CANalyzer, DaVinci Developer).

Work with MATLAB/Simulink for model-based design and Polyspace for code verification.
What we are looking for:

10+ years of experience in automotive embedded software.

Knowledge of Automotive Cybersecurity process and standards.

Experience with AUTOSAR, OBD regulation, and diagnostic communication.

Hands-on with Vector tools, MATLAB/Simulink, Polyspace.

Familiar with V-Model and software requirement/test management (DOORS, EWM, ETM).

Brake system experience is preferable.

Familiarity with ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE processes.

Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Computer / Automotive Engineering.
Work Arrangement Fully Onsite: Must be able to travel to an Arrow Client office location as requested by Arrow Client leadership.
