Bachelors in science , engineering or equivalent

Salary and Other Compensations:

The annual salary for this position is between $[95,000– 130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

 Job title: AWS Glue PL/SQL Server

Job summary:

Collaborate with architects  analysts  modelers and subject matter experts in domain and data modeling.

Good hands-on experience with PL/SQL

MS SQL Serverprogramming.

Proficient in creating Stored Procedures  Functions  Triggers  Tables and Views.

Proficient in writing complex queries using joins.

Experience in analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements

Experience in troubleshooting  optimization and performance tuning using SQL Profiler  Performance Monitor and Execution

Experience: 8to10yrs+

Roles & Responsibilities

Previous exposure to large scale system design.

Ability to troubleshoot distributed system.

Knowledge of writing infrastructure as code (IaC) using CloudFormation or Terraform.

Experience with building or maintaining Cloud native application.

Past experience with the serverless approaches using AWS Lambda is a plus for example the Serverless Application Model(AWS SAM).

Follow and provide feedback to technical guidance on standards  design patterns  architectural patterns and frameworks for data services and integrations.

Responsible for working within a team to deliver data integration projects across a wide variety of systems in support of business functions and processes to improve end user experience.
