Job Description: Applications Developer 4
Location: Onsite, Redmond, WA
Contract Duration: 6 – 18 Months
Pay Range: $65/hr. – $70/hr.

Our client is looking for Applications Developer 4 to join their team. In this position you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions while adhering to industry standards and best practices. You must possess strong collaboration and communication skills and stay abreast of technological advancements to drive innovation and deliver impactful outcomes.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of engineering experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with Azure Ecosystem and AI/ML, with the ability to develop prototypes or demos within the tools.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Llama, and open-source large language models (LLMs).

Responsibilities:
 

• Design a scalable, reliable, and optimized ML infrastructure on Azure, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, data scientists, and stakeholders, to understand their needs, gather requirements, and develop AI-powered solutions that meet expectations and goals.
• Demonstrate proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) tools and services.
• Organize and manage GitHub repositories, branches, pull requests, issues, and workflows for effective code versioning, collaboration, and quality assurance.
• Utilize familiarity with modern LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Llama, and open-source large language models (LLMs) to develop innovative and impactful applications across the research domain.
• Implement platform capabilities to support MLOps for foundation models, encompassing continuous integration, continuous delivery, testing, monitoring, and feedback mechanisms.
• Ensure the security and compliance of deployed models, adhering to regulatory guidelines, data privacy regulations, and ethical considerations related to AI applications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate AI methodologies, results, and recommendations to diverse audiences effectively.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, industry trends, and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance existing solutions or create new ones.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks across varying workstream types.
• Collaborate closely with other members of functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure the utilization of appropriate systems development and development processes.
