Our dynamic client is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate for this Business Analyst role will have developer experience, strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Boise, Idaho On-Site

Pay Range: $67.66/hour

What’s the Job

• Partner with the finance organization to develop tool application strategy and vision.
• Design, document, and implement solutions in the application to meet strategic and operational goals.
• Collaborate with IT to perform system integrations and provide ongoing business support.
• Collaborate with the broader business organization and IT to centralize forecasting processes.
• Support end users with production issues and enable end-user self-sufficiency in the application.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or reporting.
• Development experience with Hyperion Essbase, IBM Planning Analytics – TM1, SAP Analytics Cloud, Workday Adaptive Planning, or similar applications.
• Proficient in SAP, Hana, and SQL
