As a(n) BUSINESS ANALYST, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Performing VOC and analysis of market/customer (internal and external) needs with organization leaders and product owners to discover business requirements
- Collaborating with others to define standard processes
- Creating business requirements, rules, and business acceptance documentation working with product owners and subject matter experts
- Validating and testing product development results with content leaders, product owners, and business subject matter experts for release to internal and external customers
- Facilitating conversation with internal multiple cross-functional business and technology teams ensuring solid understanding of the COS product(s) needs, scope, and vision
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
OR
- High School Diploma/GED or higher and 11+ years of equivalent specific experience in Healthcare IT or software development
AND
- 8+ years of experience performing business requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation for healthcare analytics product development
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional, matrix organization delivering services and software
- 5+ years of experience working in the Healthcare industry with knowledge of healthcare clinical documentation integrity, medical coding and/or revenue cycle
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience with EMRs, such as EPIC/Cerner
- Experience working with SQL and products using relational databases
- Experience with agile product development, frameworks, and methodologies
- Familiarity with AWS technologies

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 – $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
